Artist Statement

My name is Arielle Intharaphet. I am a Sophomore at Apollo High School. This session I wanted my piece to lyrics but decided I was not ready for it so I shortened a section of it. I wanted to write something soothing so that it could help calm or relax someone since it is something we all need sometimes.

How I dealt with stress and anxiety as a kid and now is listening to music or playing music. I find music very comforting and I feel like the sound of the guitar adds the gentleness of the tone.

I am so grateful to my mentors and especially Jessica for giving tips and techniques I could use and Aaron for giving me advice with instrumentals and for helping me record.
